At Imryo LLC, we only accept returns for genuine product issues.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
- The product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect when received.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Not liking the product
- Wrong selection by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery or misuse

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
Replacements
If available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
